No offense but cis people shouldn’t get a say in this truscum/tucute stuff. Cis people shouldn’t be transmeds. They shouldn’t even be tucutes. They have no say in what we, as trans people, experience.
“#fyi I’m a tucute”
That explains it
I’m sorry that I don’t think cis people should take sides in this kind of subject bc they’ve never experienced what it’s like to be trans? What gives them the right to have a voice in this debate? ://
I should start IDing as trans just to shut these people up is2g
But let me break this down for you; humans have something called empathy where they can learn and understand the feelings and experiences of those around them without directly experiencing it themselves.
On the other hand, people who ID as trans don’t always know a lot about the condition. Why should they get a say if they don’t know half of the information behind the issue?
So cis people who educate themselves are arguably more worthy of a voice than ignorant trans folk.
Actually what you’re describing is sympathy, not empathy. Empathy is when you feel the same things another person feels.
A trans person can feel empathy for another trans person’s experiences.
A cis person can feel sympathy for a trans person’s experiences.
Because
Cis people cannot experience the same things that trans people do.
You literally just… ignored the actual point. Formulate a reply instead of a grammar lesson next time. Would you prefer I stated my argument in French?
Not only did your transphobic ass contemplate identifying as trans just to “shut these people up”, thusly turning yourself into a “”transtrender””, you also called being trans a “condition”. It is NOT a condition.
So really, you’re the one who needs to educate yourself. You cannot understand our feelings and emotions about our gender. You can only be a transphobic douche.
I have a feeling defining the word ‘joke’ would be a waste of time. You still didn’t address the point.
Tu es très retard. Which means you’re slow.
Yeah you just called me a r*tard which is a goddamn slur.
I don’t think saying a word in another language that is a slur in English counts, lmao. Like, people see negro as a slur, wich means black in spanish. Spanish ppl can’t say negro anymore because when you’re English it’s a slur sorry :///
Buddy “tu es très retard” means “you are very slow” in French. “Retard” means “slow” in a ton of languages hun
Hun, it’s still ableist even then. Where do you think English stole the goddamn slur??
“retard” in french is a noun that means “delay”, “lateness” not an adjective lmao. you cannot say “t’es très retard”, itd mean (literally) “youre very delay”. you could say “t’es (très) r*tardé.e” (you’re (very) r*tarded) wich would still be calling someone a slur since r*tardé.e is also a slur in french. im gonna repeat myself cause i think its important: the phrase “tu es très r*tard” is literal gibberish. its meaningless. since it cannot be understood in french alone it becomes clear as day that they meant the english slur and NOT a french non-slur equivalent, and they obviously dont know enough french to be given the benefit of the doubt anyway since they used a noun in the place of an adjective.
also good job to the people who didnt question the meaning of the sentence that contains an obvious slur & just assumed that r*tard isnt actually a slur in this context (i hope ive made it clear enough that it fucking is). futhermore, if you dont see the problem with calling someone a slur in a language (you assume) they cant understand because you disagree with them then you should just admit youre bigoted and stop talking.
