my cat has a tag that says “indoor cat”, but that’s no good unless you’re right up in his face. This is much more obvious!
Also microchipping. If you happen across a cat that’s just…too friendly to be an outdoor cat or whatever, take it to a vet or shelter and odds are, they can scan it and find the owner
