‘Neu’ as an alternative for enby

I was thinking of possibly having an alternative word for enby, because many find the word childish. I also wanted a ‘woman’ or ‘man’ equivalent for NB people.

So, from the world neutral, we get the word neu. It is pronounced like the word “new.” So enby is the NB equivalent of boy and girl and neu is the NB equivalent of man and woman.

It can be used like this:

“This is my neufriend, Sid!”

And thus, the word ‘neu’ has been coined.

I like this because it allows me to make a top tier trans pun

i like this because neu means new, so it’s like we’re saying we’re doing a new approach to talking about gender almost? i like it.

ok so if i got this right, enby is basically a bit like girl/boy for people, but we want neu to be like man/woman, right?

and i guess non-binary would then be equivalent to male/female?

Yet another example of truscum doing terfy shit.

Keep up the circle of abuse, OP. It’s getting us all so much more respect, dignity, and access to medication. Your activism is so inspiring it makes me want to hurl.

Nonbinary people do not have to:

unwarie:

• have short hair
• use they pronouns or neopronouns
• wear gender-neutral clothing
• be thin
• choose a gender-neutral name
• change their name at all
• come out, to anyone, ever, if they don’t want to
• explain their gender experience if they don’t want to
• stick to more “general”, “easily remembered” labels if they don’t suit them (yes, you can make up your own; your comfort matters most & ur not hurting the community)
• be positive of their gender label, when they first claim a nb identity or any other time at all
• use the label “nonbinary” if they’re a part of a non-western culture
• be pale or lightskinned
• meet anyone’s “nonbinary enough” standards
• know that i love them but it would be nice if they did

nonbinarysapphic:

shoutout to nonbinary people who cant correct people on your pronouns

shoutout to nonbinary people who get called girl/guy on the daily but dont know what to do about it shoutout to nonbinary people who feel ashamed or fake because of their identity

shoutout to nonbinary people who never plan on coming out to anyone except for some friends because its easier on you

other people forcing a label onto you does not make you any less nonbinary and you do not need to be out to be valid

dateanonbinarysuggestion:

I hope every nonbinary person is having a good day today. and if they’re not, I really hope it gets better
