I know it sounds fake but you really do have a lot of silent lovers on this planet who look at you and wish they had your smile or your hair color or your humor or your intellect or your intentions or your heart, your manners, your eyes, your ease, even just you. People who are too shy to tell you what they admire about you or what they wish for you or who they see themselves becoming bc of you & they’re too shy to tell you. even tho it isn’t verbalized, the universe has still heard and the universe has loved you for helping out on its creations. You’re that person. You’re you.

Anonymous: hey dude thanks for that trans rohan art, you rock 👍 as someone who is also trans and identifies with rohan on a lot of levels, it's so nice to see stuff like that!

An anon sent me a request for the poc pride flag I made for my icons, and I figured I’d drop a few of the other ones I’ve made so far along with it. Feel free to use these for whatever! Make your own icons, edits, banners, have fun! They’re free for your personal use (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧

To allies of trans people:

katiegun-dyscourse:

Instead of “he or she” (when you don’t know someone’s pronouns), say “they”.
Instead of “boys and girls” or “men and women”, say “kids” or “people”.
Instead of “preferred name”, say “real name”.
Instead of “born male” or “born female”, say “assigned male at birth (amab)” or “assigned female at birth (afab)”.
Instead of “transgenders”, say “trans(gender) people”.
Instead of “transgendered”, say “trans(gender) person”.

Telling us that it’s inconvenient for you to use appropriate terminology, is essentially saying that you don’t care about us. It’s never inconvenient to be respectful.

mochietti:

for @gayfortaako one is transparent! thanks for reminding me of one of my fave headcanons :’y

roublardise:

I don’t think sarcasm can ever be obvious especially over text. except if there’s a “this was sarcasm” written afterwards (and even then… people like sarcastically saying smth was sarcasm so………)

maybe it’s just me being too autistic for this, but anyway making people feel bad for not getting sarcasm is super low and mean. as we say in french: mangez vos morts
