its so fucked up how if you draw a woman with a non “anime” body-type, leg hair, a big nose or even just a darker skin tone a bunch of people have a panic attack about the “tumblr artstyle”

these are the same people who, when witnessing the criticisms of artists who are actually terrible people will whine about letting people draw what they want and just flat out lie about “doxxing and death threats“

Tumblr art style typically includes outright changing the race of characters (especially if they’re white), the weird red alcoholic nose, an unnecessary amount of sparkles, and characters with often exaggerated head sizes.

That and randomly giving characters entirely too many freckles or rare skin conditions significantly affecting pigment.
