imagine being a cow, ur born, pumped full of hormones, living in terrible cramped conditions, you’re thrown on a semi, you’re driven all the way the fuck wherever, and then you die.

You’re slaughtered, turned into ground beef, part of that goes to McDonald’s as a burger, some kid orders the burger, asks for it plain, they accidentally put ketchup on it, so the kid sends it back, it’s thrown away. The end

Luckily, it’ll still get eaten by insects, fungi, raccoons, or any other kind of decomposer or scavenger that comes across it.

lmao op, if the food is untouched but just made wrong it gets eaten by an employee who doesn’t get a lunch break and will probably only get that meal their entire shift, if not longer.

also if it gets thrown out it’s not being wasted as stated above and food waste at a personal, individual level isn’t the issue anyway.

I mean, I’ve worked fast food, so I’ve experienced this exact thing first hand multiple times, but if you want to be a douchebag for absolutely no reason, feel free to continue to do so.
