me, who has only ever played pokemon games and perhaps dabbled in mario once upon a time: yeah!

friend: nice! don;t you hate it when the fps dcl buffers too long and your team comp falls below the golden ratio which nerfs your loot boxes until season 3 :/ the last time i had to carry my team with a dps who had such a big hitbox even the npcs could rush me oh and also there were two tanks camping on the spawn point

Me: I only play single-player casually

New friend: don’t you hate it when IV rates are off by 1% so you shoot your new Pokemon behind the barn, like all the other untermons?

Me:

Friend: hey, you play pc games?

Me: yeah, I do!

Friend: don’t you hate it when the resolution causes the vfx to lag and create a memory leak into the amd chips, even if you make a clean install with rolled back drivers-
