im tired of the tumblr takes like yes more women in positions of power is nice but no having half of the billionaires be women isnt going to abolish systematic oppressions
like, the predominance of one gender in certain fields is not the root of the problem, quotas arent going to stop the internalization of the patriarchy
what individuals do doesnt matter if the whole system is rigged
