sometimes I’m uncertain whether folks are using “radfem” to mean TERFs & transmisogynist liberal feminists, or whether they’re talking about all rad feminists (including trans women who are radical feminists & their cis & nb allies)

I’ll see “don’t follow if you’re a radfem” and I’m like “I have no clue whether they’re against transmisogyny or against feminism that targets material gendered oppression and doesn’t see gender as an innate biological reality but rather as a cultural construct positioned to justify particular forms of labor exploitation and sexual violence “

What’s funniest about this is that trans inclusive radical feminists themselves coined the word TERF to distinguish themselves from TERFs and now you see both of them being used interchangeably
