it’s maybe time to recognize that your founding fathers weren’t talking about the right to have machine guns

and that if they knew this would happen they probably would’ve been more careful with how they worded that amendment

and that the constitution wasn’t handed down by God it’s a document by men from another era many or most of whom condoned things like slavery
