queermilso:

Explain to me why trans people and nonbinary people have to conform and adhere to some sort of binary stereotype to be taken even remotely seriously in their identity (otherwise uwu they’re fakers uwu) but cis people can reject their roles and stereotypes, and be gender-nonconforming and be endlessly praised for it.

Why can’t trans people and nonbinary people also be gender non-conforming.

Why is it when some of us try to be ourselves and non-conformative, we get invalidated, misgendered, and harassed for being fakers, yet y'all will praise cis gender-nonconformers for smashing gender roles.
