gentle reminders

  • drink something (preferably water, but anything to keep you hydrated is better than nothing!)
  • eat!!! it’s important, even if it’s a small snack
  • take your meds! it’ll help in the long run, i promise

And remember, eat and drink slowly, if you haven’t in a while, so you don’t get sick. And check to see if you need to avoid food or eat before taking your meds!
