@explainingthejoke I get that it’s a reference to The Dress, but is the shoe supposed to be any other colour than (apparently) pink and white?

Because it’s in such dim, blue lighting (maybe from a camera flash or the glow from a computer screen), many perceive the shoe to be blue and grey - the white parts of the shoe look blue, and the pink parts look grey.
