Fuck this game, and fuck EA. Take your money elsewhere, and don’t reward this cynical, manipulative bullshit.

All EA is doing is a variation on the age-old method of a false compromise.

You deliberately push for twice what you really want, and then when you receive pushback, you act all contrite and offer a “compromise”. You get what you really wanted all along, the people who opposed you get to feel like they won something, and as the business saying goes “Everyone wins.”

It’s a trap.

Don’t fall for it. Keep pushing them.
