Bc yes they where allowed in a Casino and actually in one of the demos Cuphead poured alcohol into his head (y'know cuz cup) but I keep seeing people saying they are kids and I am confused?

They’re kids. It’s extremely implied they’re children and I’m PRETTYY sure the literal devil wouldn’t turn kids away from his casino because they’re underage. He’s the devil.
