I like to think Shiro is the type of trans guy who, despite being super into masculine things, really loves and appreciates typically ‘feminine’ things like make up and painting his nails

When Lance finds out his idol (or hero, I suppose) is also trans AND loves the same things he does, he’s super excited!!!! and he gets to bond with their team leader now with make up and skin care! Sometimes Shiro let’s Lance paint his nails for him!!! They’re bonding!!!!
