Even if they aren’t explicitly bad people their job is to suppress the working class and to carry out racist violence. Yes, even when they’re people of color.

The cops were invented as a slave patrol and social control on dissatisfied and impoverished workers and their job has little to do with protecting anyone but the very rich. 

And as for cops at queer marches: fuck them extra. The Stonewall riots started because cops were running raids to arrest trans women for existing.

And no things have not really changed all that much since then.

All cops are bastards because it’s their job to be bastards and that will never be outweighed by any ostensible good they carry out.
