Water for drinking for sure.

Get a spray bottle and fill it with either baking soda and water solution or watered-down maalox (or similar). Use this as first aid to wash pepper spray out of eyes.

Flags on flagpoles can be used to defend yourself if need be, protest shields are becoming more common.

Make sure to wear your most generic black clothing and mask up. Shaded goggles and a particulate mask are fairly cheap and could help protect against mace as well as prevent doxxing. 

Wear something under your black so you can debloc in a pinch.
