In any case, if I were a person without a prescription for whatever reason I might go to alldaychemist.com and get 100 mg tablets of aldactone and 2 mg tablets of progynova, check out normally but without providing a prescription, and then I might pay by echeck. I might spend roughly $70 for the best bulk deal.

And then I might get an email within the next day saying that the package had shipped.

If I were to self-dose I’d probs want to take 100 mg aldactone by mouth once a day for a week to see if I have negative effects and then start on 2 mg of estradiol (progynova) sublingually (dissolved under tongue). Then over the next few months I might slowly raise that dose to 6-8 mg estradiol and 200 mg aldactone.

After about three months of this regimen I might go to get bloodwork to check for good liver function and potassium levels, unless I were to suddenly start feeling sharp and severe unexplained limb pain in which case I’d talk to my doctor ASAP or go to the emergency room about possible blood clots (a rare but serious side effect).

I would not take St. John’s Wort and would avoid smoking or drinking alcohol to excess as these increase the chances of serious side effects.

But that’s all hypothetical.
