This is the best example of how to avoid racial stereotypes while having a black man play a “man ape” character 

Also Marvel has been toning down a lot of their more outlandish comic characters for the live action adaptations. This isn’t a new thing to appease the “SJWs” as many people are already alleging. Like, people who have never heard of man ape in their life.
