They’re basically trying to say “some people who have benefitted from capitalism see its inherent harm to others, and want to dismantle it.” and “some people who have been disadvantaged by capitalism are blind to the fact that it is in fact this system that has disadvantaged them, and will continue to support it regardless.”

They’re not literally trying to say you can just id as rich/poor.
