I honestly can’t believe how rude this guy is, but I guess that’s why he’s undateable. She, on the other hand, seems lovely.

Also, it sounds to me like this assface and the waiter suggested she NOT have her steak well done after she said that was what she wanted. The fact that she mentions she went with their suggestions implies (to me, at least) that she changed her mind.
