Um, the ones I really hate off the top of my head:

This Entire Race or Species is Pure Evil (with maybe a handful of exceptions)

All the good guys of this species are conveniently the most humanlike and conventionally attractive ones.

They’re Too Far Gone To Be Saved

This person needs to Learn A Lesson About How You Can’t Help Everyone.

Local Badass Woman is constantly treated as abnormal and novel, and usually met with contempt and has to prove herself Just As Good because no one just trusts that she’s that good.

The Disney Villain Death: for when your narrow-minded moral views demand that your villain dies but your hero can’t kill him so you contrive an excuse that it’s the villain’s fault.

The males of these various races are all interesting and diverse but all females look the same: like swimsuit models. This can and will include putting boobs on creatures who have no business having them… such as zombies. or lizards.

Sexual and romantic relationships are clearly the Most Important and any relationships outside of that are afterthoughts at best.

We need to teach this nonhuman/supernatural entity how to be a Real Human. This involves forcing them to stop numerous harmless behaviors that are hurting no one and at worst slightly inconvenient because that’s Not How Real Humans Do.
