Does a small break from meds (2 days) make them work stronger the next time you take them? I took a little break from my Vyvanse and it worked amazing when I took it again!

It could just be that you become accustomed to how it feels on meds, that when you stop for a bit and start again, the differences are easier to notice than before

My doctor actually gets worried whenever I forget to take my meds because for mine (Fluoxetine) they’re weaker and basically restart the effect they have on me so.

That’s because fluoxetine is an antidepressant, and therefore has to build up in your bloodstream over time, whereas Vyvanse is a stimulant and has a more immediate effect
