wlw is an acronym short for “woman-loving women”. It’s a blanket term for women who experience same-gender attraction (bi women, lesbians, pan women, etc.).
mlm is the same thing but for men.
Depending on the context, MLM may also mean “Marxism-Leninism-Maoism”
Yeah, it’d probably be a good idea not to get the two confused
