Allosexual and alloromantic are valuable words that need to exist for the same type of reason words like cisgender, straight, and neurotypical are needed; to remove the perception of these identities (LGBT+ or otherwise) as the default factory setting that all other identities are deviations from. They are neutral descriptors that imply nothing about a person save that they are not asexual or aromantic.
