- bigfoot girl always looks blurry in photos and video footage, even in her civilian identity. bigfoot girl is always a little worried that this will give her away, but actually it helps to protect BOTH her identities even more thoroughly

- the jersey devil girl has some of the most Actually Useful and Formidable powers, but she’s so timid and spacey and Anxiety Disorder-y that it takes a long time for her to figure out how to use them to good effect. she’s the character who has the mid-season Very Special Episode about Believing In Yourself (bigfoot: “come on! believe in yourself! i know most people don’t–” chupacabra: “yeah! you may sound totally fake-ass and made-up, but WE know you’re real!!” bigfoot: “…uh, right! and that’s all the more reason why YOU need to believe in you!” loch ness monster: “yes! even when no one else does! even when your very existence seems thoroughly improbable!”)

- there’s a team rocket-esque gang of inept villains who all have powers based on creepypastas

- their leader is slenderman, who would be really intimidating except for the fact that people only ever notice them in photos or on video footage. whenever they try to talk to or interact with anyone in real life, they’re completely ignored and overlooked; people can’t even perceive them in real life + real time

- there’s a loveland frog magical girl whose power is that she can turn into a giant frog, and back into a human again, at will. as a frog, she has no powers besides human intelligence and “being a frog, but much larger than average”.

- the villain team’s mascot is “the montauk monster”, supposedly. except it is really really obvious that it’s just a normal raccoon, only bald?? maybe it’s shaved, maybe it has alopecia, who knows
