I was just talking it over with my friend, and chances are, if you are in an area where Pokemon Go hasn’t been officially released yet, but are using that method of getting it “illegally”, chances are you are putting extra strain on the servers that are not yet adjusted to take in all those extra players.

Chances are, this may be one of the reasons why the servers are down when playing so often.

So please, try being patient and waiting for the game to come to your area

A note for those downloading it illegally. Once it came out officially in the US, the servers were able to pick out who installed the APK file and BANNED THEIR DEVICE. Not the account, but the device. Meaning you can never have PokemonGo on your phone ever again. If you want it, be patient or else.

I can’t confirm this in any way, but either way, don’t do it.
