tbh I really appreciated the use of little sprites in the upd8. Homestuck has come a long way, and I love every other style that we saw in the flash too, but there’s something heartwarmingly beautiful about seeing these characters who have travelled so far and changed so much still hopping around in flash just like how they used to strife with their parents.
