Can I ask, just because I am genuinely curious and because I don’t want to hurt the many amazing artists I know, why is “You should work at/for Disney” considered not a good thing to say?
Also, many young kids and adults say “draw-er” accidentally when they mean artist. I would still accept that as a compliment even if the mistake is there because what that boils down to is I LOVE YOUR ART! YOU’RE TALENTED! I’ve been called a good drawer and while I don’t believe it, I still appreciate it.
But yes, an answer, please! I would really love to know why the disney comment is a poor one! I’m REALLY not asking this to be attacked. I would just very much like to know.
Because some people don’t want to work at Disney/it isn’t the only place to go for art and hearing that all the time, over and over gets aggravating.
