ok so im here to talk abt pansexuality which i rly do not like To Do for personal reasons but i Will Do it regardless
pansexuality is obviously different for everyone who experiences it, but for me it is NOT and will NEVER be “not taking gender into account” (a phrase used by my best friend)
pansexuality for me is most definitely taking gender into account because gender is very important and should be celebrated and recognized but that doesn’t limit who i am attracted to
for example sometimes ppl are attracted to someone who may present feminine but that person is actually a boy or a nb person, and then they aren’t attracted to them anymore
but that doesn’t happen for me bc i have the capability or the potential of being attracted to someone who is any gender
thank u for reading and if u feel this way pls like bc i would like to know if i am not the only one who doesn’t like this phrasing
