Not everyone can handle being in a poly relationship. In fact, most people cant.

It isn’t about ‘people,’ though, it’s about characters. Characters are created by people, and we can love them like people, but they don’t have the same limitations that people do.

“Replace love triangles with polyamory” doesn’t mean “take monogamous characters and force them together.” It means “write polyamorous characters.”
