I’ve been using these for a while and they’re amazing!! They’re v safe and have almost everything!!
They also have download links so they’re good places to get editing materials. Only downside is you gotta disable adblock to get these sites to work but they only have ads in the sidebars; no commercials or anything, so it’s not too bad.
plus you can hide the ads (at least on kisscartoon, i don’t know about the others)
