Hey there Homestucks!

This past weekend, I attended con alt delete in rosemont illinois, and what happened will shock you.

So, above we see some Captors. Well, the Captor on the right, in the pikachu kigu doesn’t belong. Not because of his shirt, but because of what he was doing. I don’t know his age, but I believe it was 16 or so, but he was walking around with a board that said “Free Kisses and Pocky Game”. Normally, people do the free hugs because it is harmless, but no not him.

But that isn’t the bad part. The bad part was that he violated a 12 year old girl. This is why I encourage you to AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS. HE IS NOT A MEMBER OF THE FANDOM THAT WE WANT TO WELCOME.

With that, I want to make a PSA: if you are under the age of 15/16 and you are in the Homestuck fandom and traveling around a convention alone, DO NOT BE AFRAID TO TAG ALONG WITH A GROUP OF HOMESTUCKS OR TO ASK AN OLDER HOMESTUCK TO BE WITH YOU. From my experiences at conventions, the Homestuck are more than welcoming. We do not want anything like this to happen again. Our fandom already gets a bad rep. Don’t let it get worse.
