It is because it makes any illness or pain like 50% worse doesn’t it? And thank you ❤️ Also I thought I’d say I have no idea if this helps but lavender essential oil (you can usually buy them in small bottles) dabbed once or twice on your pillow can help you sleep I’d totally forgotten it till today then I found my bottle of it and now I’m smothered in the stuff. ❤️
I actually used a air spray made from essential oils (i dont know wich one though) for a long time (it has been a while since ive last used it though) and it worked on me so I think the lavender oil will help too! I’ll see if I can get some! :D
They do air spray of essential oils I had no idea (though I’m not sure what the cats would think of it). 😊 I’m glad I was somewhat helpful. I’d also recommend eucalyptus essential oil if your congested as it can help you breathe easier 😊❤️ winter really does bring out the best in people!
It says it’s made in France so it’s possible you don’t have it but they have a website from wich you should be able to buy it. I’ll have to check though and see if it’s not entirely written in french. My cat didn’t like it that much since its smell is pretty strong. I don’t know how strong is the lavender oil but if they can stand it, there shouldn’t be a problem, as long as it’s not directly sprayed on them. I hope I can find all this stuff and have less trouble sleeping ^^ Thanks for all the advices! ♥
